My SAT and PSAT scores suck. Is there any chance of me getting into a Cal State?

So I just checked my SAT scores and I got a 480 in Critical Reading, 500 in Math, and 590 in writing, a total of 1570. For the PSAT I got a 50 in Critical Reading, 50 in Math, and 57 in Writing, a total of 157. I'm a junior, going to be a senior after this summer, and I feel like I'm headed nowhere. For my first 3 years of high school I've kept a grade point average of 3.50. I don't think I'm smart enough for a UC, or even a Cal State, and my SAT/PSAT scores aren't any reurance. What can I do to increase my chances of getting into at least a Cal State?
