What do you think of my 1st chapter?

My honest opinion is that it needs a lot of work, but with persistence and devotion, you can perfect it so that it says exactly what you want it to say. As for constructive criticism... when there is action in a story, it is very important to explain where the main character is, or else it can become very disorienting, very fast. I did like "A on up shirt...... ......it hurts". Descriptive and concise. Good luck.
