Can anyone help me with this guy?

I think this guy might have been trying to just use you to "get some." It's sad that some guys are like that...but yeah some of them are.I mean, he played around with you and then never talked to you again, and then you found out he cheated on his girlfriend with your friend? He kind of sounds like a jerk. But then of course, sometimes guys have a bad rep but you take one look into his eyes and you instantly feel like you know him. I'm not in your situation, so i honestly can't know for sure, but this is what i think. Hope I helped(:.
