In Tucson in January, he nearly murdered a congresswomen, he killed a 9-year-old girl, who was the granddaughter of a famous MLB general manager. He killed a federal judge, wounded and killed innocent people out doing what they typically do during the weekend. Why should he even be alive? These are the worst of the worst on the basis of crimes. Do you think he should get the death penalty? Why or why not?
