Will two guppies, a rainbow tetra, a betta and a tiger barb fit in a 21 gallon tank?

... happily and healthily and la di da? and would there still be room for an angel fish in there too or is that stretching it? i'm totally willing to narrow down the list so that whatever i get is happy in the tank.
