Texas DMV road test ?

When I took my road test, it was with sears, and we drove all over the place. When i did a road test in Georgia, it was on a small obstacle course. Im lending my car to someone taking the test here in San Antonio, and i would hate to see it wrecked. Will the State trooper perform the test on a closed course or surrounding streets?
