My fish are not eating what should I do what is wrong?

I have a 55gal aquarium With 2 hatchets, 2 platys, 1 swordtail,and 2 roseboras also some bottom catfish. I do a water change every two weeks. I have tested the water it's fine also I feed them tetra flake food.
