How can I be a minister?

I have been raised Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, and our branch does not allow women to be pastors. I was wondering if the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America or perhaps the Methodist Church allowed women to be ministers, and if so, how do I become one? Also, what other roles in the church can I look for as jobs, and how do I receive training in them? I will be a senior in high school this year.
